Yes, I’d say so. In college currently so it’s been occasionally rough but I’ve only missed the gym a couple times this semester, and the rooting is noted.

    Thanks!

I’m just looking to continue my training at home. I was thinking of starting with the first at home block and going through it again but I wasn’t sure.

Ok, for now I think I’m going to stay at maintenance for now, since I don’t really want to go up in bodyfat again. I think my main dilemma is bodyfat vs muscle and if I can bulk without getting fat again. I’ll give the article another read

First off, Next week I’ll upload them to youtube, but this I deleted the original videos off my phone to save space.

I think the feet was a big issue. I’m really enjoying squatting with the converse so far. I did read murph’s recent article talking about them, so next week I think I’ll give squatting in my vans a try.

Which camera angle should I record next time to help? This was in between the power rack so it was a bit cramped.

Ok, I’ll see later if I can find somewhere else to upload them too.

Ok, thanks. The conventional deadlifts were at RPE 8. I’ll work on the knees for the sumo pulls

No worries, I noticed there were no replies, so I’m replying here again. Here is an alternate link that hopefully works.

Yea, the pdf is fine. The issue is similar for the week 2 content as well.

    Thanks.

Yea I did feel it a bit in my lower back especially towards the end of my sets. Should I also try to “pinch the shoulderblades together”? while bringing my shoulders down? I also tried to arch the lower back. Does that help too?

    Thanks for the feedback.
