For the block pulls should we keep the same weight (RPE 9/90%) for the 3 sets of 5?

I’m assuming we should but as always, I just wanted to double-check.

If the the work is listed as 3 sets of 5, or any other rep scheme, you need to go as heavy as you can with good form.

If a %/RPE is assigned use that.

As an example, an exercise like block pulls is typically an overload exercise, so you should in theory, be able to do more pulls off a 5″ block than you could deadlift for 5 off the floor.
      Get it?

Go as heavy as you can but don’t let ego get in the way.
