These felt pretty good. I also think I locked in my sumo block pulls a lot more in on these sets. My back didn’t feel worked by them (for once)

      Jacob,

I tried watching the videos but they will not load.

      It might be my PC.

Let’s hope Matt or Candace gets to this today.
If not, reply back to the thread and I ‘ll check from a different PC.

      Sorry.

No worries, I noticed there were no replies, so I’m replying here again. Here is an alternate link that hopefully works.

      Here

      Thanks

For the conventional Deadlifts try to keep the back a little more straight on the way down. I know I gave you that recommendation for lighter RPE sets. What was this one? I assume it was higher because you did not put the sets down under control. The lifts themselves look alright, but the descents are very wild.
For the Sumo block pulls, right before you pull think about pushing your knees back towards the wall behind you. Right now you are starting in your quads, pushing the knees back will shift the weight into your hips letting everything work together.

Ok, thanks. The conventional deadlifts were at RPE 8. I’ll work on the knees for the sumo pulls
