So like given its front squat, do I go deeper than a back squat? Also am I supposed to be a hit more upright? Also does it matter if I keep my arms up like a front squat or can I pull her in like a goblet?

How about bands? I managed to get some shipped to me, but not elite lifts ones.

    15-35 lbs red
    25-65 black
    35-85 purple

So I got some more advanced advice on this. 4 hrs before is ok. Lifting after is a bad idea.

Calories bumped to 12 per lb. Increase is about 200 calories.
    Protien bumped from 0.82 g/lb to 1 g/lb

I felt like trash and needed more power to get through the workouts so it was overdue for an increase.

How much and when do I take BCAA/EAA
    And Glutamine?

I also have a home 2 frequency body fat scale that’s not terrible. Most are one frequency. Might be fun to try it in the gym since it’s so cheap.

Why are both banded and unbranded listed. What are we supposed to do here? It’s still a mess even with the explanation

All appearance. I have a reasonable base of strength, and at this point, looking for more aesthetics.

Jason statham in death race movie is where I am looking to get.

This is me a few months back, but it’s about where I am right now.

One of the main draw backs with the method program is that there is more shoulder development from the overhead press, but less chest development. Are the later blocks of training for life going to add this in?

This would be helpful for TFL

I don’t have a band, but maybe could acquire one later to keep in my travel bags. At most I can maybe pick up my buddy who is 135 lbs if it’s going to look awesome on Instagram. That’s the only way he will say yes to that. I also have a backpack.

    Suitcase is maybe 18kg full.

Can you explain this tempo thing a bit. And the dead bug?

You should add to your website to do list. “add a button to the training for life to click for alternatives to each exercise” Sleds, trx, are hard to find. Bands can be too. Dumbbells are usually ok but some places don’t have them go very high. For sleds what I ended up using was a stair climber on slow and stepped as high as humanly possible and borderline falling off the machine. Worked ok.

Donna we both have the same general question. They might want to merge these posts

    Rooting and bracing felt fantastic.

So drive elbows down towards ass instead of down and back ass I am?

As for head, I think I am looking down too much and you want me looking at the wall. Is that what I should be doing to fix that?

Easy to open up my legs a a hair. I was suspecting that as well when I was down in the hole.

    Idk maybe a hair faster.

The big thing I am noticing is getting bumped off when I switch from wifi to mobile data. My guess, and this is just a guess since we are way out past my expertise here, is that it’s tracking users based on IP address. So that changes it kicks them off. Super annoying when say your in a gym with bad wifi. You open the program and need to get a video to play so you walk to where there is wifi. Then boom your kicked off. It takes a log in and several screens to get there.

Maybe switch to some kind of tracking cookie that last 2 weeks or a month that stays on the device. So that we don’t get kicked off. Might cut the server load doing this.

Come to find out the correct answer is don’t scuba and lift on same day. Makes you susceptible to decompression sickness (bad very bad) and I was experiencing sub clinical decompression sickness from the lifting. Treat it as a conditioning day.

    Cool. I’ll try that.

Maybe there should be a thing added to everyone’s profile with a tag of which program and how far they are into

Ditch go daddy. It’s like wearing shin pads while deadlifting. Just not a good idea.

I have considered just printing out the content or downloading the whole site and keeping it offline.

Running on chrome mobile. I bet your admin can just look at my account history and see what’s going on. I’m the only one logging I from Poland and Thailand, bit even in the US it’s not particularly fast.
