Thanks, and yeah I definitely missed those articles at the beginning, sorry about that. In order to gauge RPE a bit better, should I ever try doing the last set of an exercise to the predicted RPE amount (let’s say 5 reps at RPE 8, I take the last set to 7 reps and see if I actually had 2 more in the tank of clean, good form)? Or should I just try to figure it out as I go? I’m gonna really put more effort into lifting- I wasn’t doing my research and sticking to the program so I apologize for that.

On a side note WOW that deadlifting course was AMAZING. I loved the heavy arms cue and my deadlifts felt SO GOOD in comparison to how they’ve felt before.

      Thanks for the input.

So for pulling slack out of the bar/having long arms, does this mean my shoulders are sort of out and forward to get a big stretch? Should my shoulder blades be out and to the sides instead of clenching and touching each other in my upper back?

I believe I’m on week 3 of raw powerlifting block 1B.

Thank you so much- I’m hitting the screen, protein and sleep goals as I do track my protein intake, but what types of food would you recommend for high quality carbs and fats? I might also be overshooting the RPE.
