Second Installment:

Pam has been training hard and following her nutrition plan very well. We just did a body composition test on July 12th, and her results were great! Pam has dropped almost 4% body fat in around 3 weeks, bringing her to 19.5 %.

We have updated her diet plan to keep her moving in the right direction. Her training is getting kicked up a few notches as well.

Below are some progress pictures. You can see that her abs are starting to come in and in the video, you will see her back popping!

Sadly, this is the last installment of the Pam Project for a few months. Pam was in a fairly bad car accident this week (with a BRAND NEW CAR!) and hurt her back and shoulder pretty badly.

We wish Pam a speedy recovery and hope to see her back to training soon. We will keep you updated on her progress.
