The Vincent Dizenzo Bench Seminar at TPS last month was a great success. If you don’t know who Vincent Dizenzo is, you better check the record board! Vincent is a record setting Elitefts.com-sponsored bench press technician with many great lifts, including a 600lb RAW Press and a recent 1st place win with a 850lb multi-ply bench in the Last Man Standing bench off in Lancaster, PA.

Improving on technique with the bench can take years and having someone who has “been to the top” teach the most important tips they have learned can save time and energy from having to reinvent the best bench press technique on your own.

Our very own Jane Stabile hit a 220 bench press Personal Record. Kim Stabile (Jane’s daughter) also hit a RAW 135 bench PR at this first event!

When attending any event like this: if you can learn just “ONE thing” that will improve your lifting, the event is worthwhile. Fortunately, our events contain 13-24 “ONE things” on average.

Vincent discussed hip position with us and how to generate more leg drive while pressing. For me personally, this one tip will impact how I train my bench in the future.

If you want to learn how to bench “the right way” you must show up to this event! Vincent will be at TPS once per month on a Saturday to share his benching wisdom with the attendees. Stop by the front desk for details.

I look forward to seeing you at the next one.

Wishing you the best in your training,
