Helping Peach Fuzz

When I first “tried” lifting weights I was in high school. I had no idea what to do. So like most kids who want to get jacked, I went out and bought the first muscle mag I could find and sure enough I was bombarded with ads for all different supplements, claiming to give me the results I wanted.

Cybergenics was the supplement of the early 90’s. I bought one of their 30 day stacks and even purchased some muscle pasta!

I had a small Gold’s Gym weight set in my bedroom that worked off a single weight stack (up to 200lbs) ,this thing even had a leg press built in. For accessory work it was biceps all the way using an “EZ” curl bar and bicep isolator (the one you hang around your neck). I thought it was awesome.

After some work, I started seeing results. Results I could have gotten from mowing the lawn and taking out the trash. But that was too much work. So instead, I ate muscle pasta and hit my weight stack to death metal.

This lasted for a few months and then I moved on to the next “thing”.

So what does this have to do with helping peach fuzz?

Next time you see a young peach fuzz in the gym, who thinks he knows what he is doing and it’s just all wrong, help him out – he needs it.

That’s it for this month.

Wishing you the best in your training,
