It is easy to get overwhelmed in the fitness industry by different methods and ideas for getting in shape.
Here is a simple checklist to make sure you are on the right track.
Just answer “YES” or “NO” to the following questions.
1) Are you Squatting?
2) Are you Pressing?
3) Are you Dead Lifting?
4) Are you Rowing?
5) Are you Training Your Torso?
6) Are you Increasing your Aerobic Capacity?
If you have answered “NO” to any of the previous questions, simply get started.
If you need help with technique, schedule a New Member Orientation (you get 2 free with your membership ), come to a Free Class ( class schedule is at the front desk ), visit a Training Day or attend a Camp.
