The TPS Method TFL Block 4B is a continuation of Block 4A and will get you in unbelievable shape. It features a stripped down program that includes a lot of high energy metabolic conditioning designed to strip body fat and improve conditioning all while building strength!
The primary focus of this as well, as all of your training blocks is to increase strength, but; this block is stripped down, streamlined and designed to have a high metabolic cost. That means we expect it to burn a LOT of calories, and ideally, body fat. Make sure you are eating well and not
