Return To Training Post COVID

Programming in this block will be a little different than the usual. We will use an RPE scale that is unlike our others. When returning from an extended layoff from strength training it is crucial that you take your time and allow your body to adapt all over again to the training stimulus and requirements.

Acclimation 1B: Getting Started

Welcome! Thanks for trusting us on your Powerlifting journey. Acclimation Block 1B picks up where 1A left off and is for all of you who are BRAND NEW to Powerlifting. We highly suggest that if you have no experience that you begin with Acclimation Block 1A and 1B and then move on to TPSMPL Block
