Summer’s here and so is this AWESOME program designed to build muscle and strength.

We have a LOT of volume on the main lifts. Volume makes you strong! It also builds muscle.

Getting lean is done out of the gym, so be sure and eat well!

We need to stress again that you consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and cut out simple/processed sugar. Your fat cells will hate you, but your muscles will love you.

We HIGHLY encourage you to do the Extra Conditioning/GPP sessions (in addition to the Bodybuilding ones) because your HEART and you blood profile needs cardio.
