Welcome to the TFL Block 73: Shuffle Your Feet, Lose Your Seat! Begin 10/21/24 This block will include progressions of basic exercises as well as foundational athletic development to get your feet moving again. It is critical, while progressing week to week on these exercises, that you reference previous weights/efforts to continue to progress yourself

Big & Strong

This is the first 8 weeks of a multi month block designed to get big & strong as the name says. You’ll be working your primary lifts for lower reps and higher RPE’s than usual here.
