Hi Murph,
So I have been out the last week and a half because when I tried to deadlift a couple Saturdays ago, I apparently way overdid it and had to rest it. It probably didn’t help that I did that right after bench and squat with accommodating resistance the Thursday before and I don’t think I let myself recover enough from the banded work before I deadlifted again.
Strangely enough, I didn’t think my deadlift that day even looked bad! I was actually even really trying to focus on using my back properly and keeping tension during the lift. (Here they are in case it helps to see them) https://photos.app.goo.gl/xwprG3WQUcsZcjSa9
I think with my absence my back has probably suffered the most. What are some good daily accessories I can do to help it get stronger again? Stuff I can do either at home or at the gym is great but yeah I could really use some direction here. Thanks.

Your deadlifts looked pretty good.
A bigger question is are you following a program and is it balanced?
That is what you address before adding in extra work.Assuming it is balanced, there is not too much you can do at home for your back with no equipment, but you can go in the video library and search At Home. You’ll find tons of stuff.
As far as things you can do with minimal equipment at home or in gym:
band good morning
band pullapart
pullups
scap pullups
fat guy pullups
banded rows-
