Adrian,
Lots to clean up on the bench press.
I like to focus on one thing at a time.
So, let’s work on getting a lot TIGHTER before you lift it out.
Get your hips up as high as you can and load your legs driving the upper back into the bench.
Once we get that taken care of I’ll move on to something else.
Doing this will most likely clean up a lot of the other small issues.
Deadlift:
It looks better than last time and that is good.
Let’s work on hip hinging to the bar instead of knee hinging.
Open your knees and push your butt back to get down to the bar.
That will load your hamstrings more and allow you to pull more.
