      Hi Murph.

So since I can’t work at my usual capacity I have been trying to focus on form and trying stuff I couldn’t during prep. I wanted to work on my low bar squat because I can carry more. I filmed from a couple angles so you could hopefully see where the bar is. Any advice on that is great. Today I got up to 165. I filmed a set from the back also in case it helps.

Also tell “Coach Buck” that isometric good mornings are my new favorite thing. I was doing them for a 5 count today. Anything I can do to improve these?

The side angle set looks pretty good.
      Seriously!

The back angel looks like you are leaning too far forward. Hard to tell.
When transitioning to low bar remember a few things:

Lower your bar position slowly over a few weeks. Don’t just go as low as you can right away.

Be sure to REALLY drive your back into the bar hard.

      Coach Buck will be pleased.
It looks like you are looking down on the Good Mornings. Try and look straight ahead or up. It will help with more weight.

Thank you!!! Finally starting to feel better. I thought the same thing about the set from the back.
