So this morning I was working up to a 3RM of 2 board bench. I ended up making 190 (of course I forgot to hit record, I was so annoyed) and then went for 195 here. My arms didn’t move together and it wrecked me on that second rep I think. How’s it look to you? How can I fix that weird arm stuff, it’s happened to me before with max efforts and I hate it.

It’s hard to see what happened due to the angle of the film.
But, it looks like it was just too heavy.
When something is too heavy your Golgi Tendon organ fires and causes this. It’s a protective mechanism that you WANT to work.

The only fix is to get stronger and not choose weights that are too heavy.
Without seeing the sets before it is hard to know if you should have taken the 190 and stayed.
My guess is that 190 was the top set for the day and you should have stopped there.
