Hey guys, it was quite the morning today. I was hoping for a 300 lift today. I was expecting it to be grindy and tough. I was wrong! The 300 came up so I went on to try 315 (my first time deadlifting three plates!) and took an attempt at 335 that I think I ramped a bit.
I think there’s some form breakdown in all of them. Which one should I use to set percentages? How can they be better? Thank you.

WOW!
Great job. They all looked pretty good.
Hard to tell if you ramped because the plates were blocking your legs. You can improve by holding the lockout as if waiting for a down command for now.
We only set percentages off full lifts, not reverse band.
Reverse bands are overload exercises. What program are you following?
In the current block, today’s sessions was supposed to be:
1. Deadlift in MB Powercenter
Platform***
Add short mini band 2nd peg
from bottom
1 set x 2 reps RPE 7/75%
1 set x 2 reps RPE 8/80%
1 set x 1 reps RPE 8/85%Are you following the Let’s Get Strong 1B?
If so it had MB Powercenter rack pulls not reverse band for this week.
In that block, reverse bands are next week in the Powercenter platform. -
Well you’re going to just love this.
I accidentally skipped a whole week. I was supposed to to what I did today…next Friday.
I must have looked at the wrong page of the pdf.
Next week should I just do the powercenter lifts or something else? Sorry about that.

I’m on the same week as Christine and did reverse bands. I didnt think I skipped a week
