You told me last time to work on my set up and getting the upper back arch locked in harder. With the set up I did try arching my back.As for my upper back arch all I know is that I got to press my shoulder blades against the bench as hard as possible. And I tried tightening my body as much as possible too.I tried so does it look like I fixed what you told me to fix?

      Bryan,

All training requires constant improvement right?
You did a good job on getting your upper back arch better.
      But.
      Keep working at it.
There is still room to improve it.

I suggest using a different bench next time and starting with the hooks a little lower.
It will make it easier to keep your shoulders locked down.

      Good job.
