      Trying to readjust to real working sets after that few weeks of setting up heavy for only a few reps. How do they look? I had both regular bench and close grip to foam which was new to me.

      Really struggled it up on the later reps and feel like it shows.

      They look ok.
      Here is what I want you to start working on:

      Increase your UPPER back arch.
      You need to get your shoulder blades squeezed tight and get up almost on your neck when you set up.

      This is explained ion the bench seminars/courses, and we can show you in person.

      Once we get that done, we will add in the next thing.

      Video 2 look ok, just needs to be TIGHTER.

      Do everything with purpose.
