The TPS Method Intermediate Powerlifting Strength & Skill Development is a long-term plan for mastery of the 3 lifts that will drastically increase your strength and your total.
This plan is 36 weeks long and is broken into 4-week blocks for you to follow. Your meet will be on Week 3 of Block 8C, or week 35. Pick a meet and go through the calendar to ensure that you are timed to peak properly.

It has an off-season component with lots of volume, and it builds over the course of several months to peak you for a meet.
You also can use Block 7A-8C as a shorter meet prep cycle
