This program picks up where Beginner Powerlifting 1 leaves off and is a 16 week meet prep cycle.

The program is timed so that you peak for a meet occurring on Week 16 of the entire block, which is Block 4B, Week 4.

Of course, you can just use it as a training block if you are not ready to do another meet.

ADDED BONUS: It focuses on a big bench PR in Block 3B, Week 2 (6 weeks in).
