This is your first meet prep cycle!

Get on the internet, pick a meet and set your calendar up so it is 12 weeks away before starting this block.

Beginner Powerlifting 1 is a 12 week meet prep cycle with your first meet occurring at the end of Block 2A, Week 4.

If you don’t have a meet picked, simply follow the program and test your maxes on the day we have the meet scheduled at the end of the block.
