Welcome to the TPS Method for Powerlifting Raw Off Season Block!

This block will have a strong shift away from the barbell movements in the weeks following your competition and focus back on the roots of strength we believe in at TPS. You will see frequent general strength preparedness with strongman implements as well as the incorporation of the press while your body recovers from meet prep. After this period, foundational powerlifting movements will be slowly reintroduced.

Have some fun getting good at new things and appreciate the strength that these odd movements can give you.
