We are blending Max Effort movements and our traditional RPE/% based system and using the ma you set on some weeks to base your % on dynamic days. You’ll find this works very well.

Be sure and do warm sets for all, especially accessory work.

And be sure and eat well. Get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and sleep at least 8 hours a night for best results.
