Welcome to the TFL Block 73: Shuffle Your Feet, Lose Your Seat!

This block will include progressions of basic exercises as well as foundational athletic development to get your feet moving again. It is critical, while progressing week to week on these exercises, that you reference previous weights/efforts to continue to progress yourself forward into harder efforts. This investment will compound over the 8 weeks.
This Block is also booked-ended with a test of Max Reps on the Deadlift and Max Burpees in 3 minutes. The meat of the block targets improving these two tests to see a better result when they are retested on week 8.
