Welcome to the Big & Basic 3 Block. Just like the last 3 blocks we are not doing anything super interesting.

Just basics! Because they work.

And as in the last 3, there is NO RPE on your primary lift instead we are hitting rep maxes as in the last two blocks.
And we will be testing your Press & Deadlift on week 7.

This is a great block to add a specialty bar in if you have one for the Squat. I suggest a Safety Squat bar! If you do add one in, keep it for the whole block. We are keeping things simple.

You’ll do lots of sets of just a few exercises, which make it critical that you do the extra days to balance out your training. The extra days are pretty volume heavy so pay attention to recovery.

You’ll also be using bands as again. If you don’t have them, bands are available at the TPS Method Store
