Welcome to the Big & Basic Block!
We are keeping things simple.
You’ll do lots of sets of just a few exercises, which make it critical that you do the extra days to balance out your training. The extra days are pretty volume heavy so pay attention to recovery.
You’ll also be using bands as again.
If you don’t have them, bands are available at the TPS Method Store
You Extra Session days are going to have some new, intense bodybuilding techniques in them.
