So I managed to find someone with a garage gym set up with proper bars and plates. I obviously won’t be able to do my normal routine due to a) lack of equipment and b) having done the TPS at home workouts (thank you btw!) for over a month and getting back into the groove of using real weights.

My question is this: should I start the program from scratch (Week 1/Day 1) and just follow the movements but maybe dial back the RPEs from what’s posted in the program? My vision is that, once my body adjusts to the weight again, I can restart the program using the defined RPEs.

      Thoughts?

How long has it been since you trained using barbells?
And are you TFL or Powerlifting?
I can’t recall if you switched.

      Joe,

Sorry, I see it has been a month since you trained.

We uploaded an At Home Pandemic block that you an use for TFL and it accommodates for limited equipment.
It also is RPE only, so you should be fine using the RPE.

We also added a Powerlifting block that you can use as long as you stick to the RPE and don’t mind the % being low due to the layoff.

And, I suggest that you watch the video below for some guidelines.
