      Hey guys,

I’m going to try to embed my videos for bench. If it works, that’ll be neat. If not, I’ll reply with links. One thing I have trouble with is keeping my lats tight to keep the bar stable. Kelsie, my spotter and wife, has told me that the bar sometimes moves. Also, I’ve had problems setting up where my feet are equidistant from the bench after setting up. I previously would lay on the bench, get my hands set, tighten lats, get up on my traps, arch, and then plant feet + keep lower body tight. Now, I’ve been setting my feet up beforehand and then slowly lowering my upper body onto the bench and then setting up on my traps. If you’ve got some tips for me, let me know.

Figured out that you don’t need the embed links for videos. You just have to paste the link.

      Thanks,

      Sterling

We just dropped the new bench course.
Set up is covered in it!
So is bend it, stretch it and shorten it.
Same as squats, I need you to learn patience.
Get everything set right, row the bar down under control and then unleash violence on it.
      Stop after each rep.
      Reset.
      Repeat.

      Watch the course.
      It explains all of this.
Focus on the shorten, stretch and bend.

It’s all covered in there for sure. Specifics to focus on will be tension with the bar on your chest and foot position so that your ass stays down.
