So I’ve been really curious about wrapped powerlifting and since you guys have training blocks for it I figured this would be a good place to ask about it. I have 0 experience with any kind of wrap or gear so I was wondering what the best place to start would be? Maybe just knee wraps? Or maybe some videos on the topic?

Knee wraps would be a good place start. They are relatively easy to use and do not require a training crew to get you in and out of. We have other members using the raw PL blocks with knee wraps, putting them on anytime they are doing a regular squat at an RPE 9 or 10 especially as they get close to a meet.
Shooting a video on how to wrap though is a very good idea as there are many right ways to do it.

I’ll definitely give knee wraps a try. So if at some point down the road I wanted to get more into the equipped side would you recommend starting with single ply? Or could I start at the multi ply level?

Some say start single ply, but I say start where you want to finish.
If you want to compete multi ply, go ahead!

Let us know before you buy any gear and we can make suggestions.
