      Floor Press 6 x 3 RPE 7
      Sets 1 – 5 @ 115lbs
      Set 6 @ 135lbs
Upon looking at the tutorial video, I couldn’t really see what the alignment of the body was to the bar. I feel like I might be too far behind the bar. I believe my chest is aligned where the bar is initially, but I noticed the weight was increasingly heavy and awkward. I’d also clip my j-hooks here and there. Towards the end of the set, I positioned so my eyes and part of my head was aligned with the bar and I felt much better. I tried to get multiple angles in the video.

      What is the best positioning?

      Single Arm DB OHP 3 x 8
      Set 1 @ 30lbs
      Set 2 – 3 @ 35lbs
      CSR x 12 + Lying Pullapart x 12 for 3 sets
CSR @ 120lbs + used Lite band for all 3 sets
I don’t have a CSR machine so I made something close to it, at least I think so.

      Band Pushdown x 50 + Hammer Culs x 10 in between sets

“eyes and part of my head was aligned with the bar”-YES!
      Everything looks great!

On the band pullaparts; do your best to keep your traps down and keep the weight in the mid back, not upper back.

You’re gonna be a beast soon.
