Yeah, you’re prolly wondering why I did 10reps in 3 sets instead of 10 sets of 3 reps…yeah well I read this week’s workouts and reps backwards. Oh and the very next few days I was definitely feeling it, lesson learned.

Squat 3 x 10 RPE 7 @ 115

At 3:09 is the back raise, just wanna make sure my form is decent.

What brand rack and GHR bench did you get?

Sah WEET! Good to hear!

The rack is Rogue. I actually got it as a gift!

The GHR bench is from Bells of Steel. I thought it was a “STEEL” because it’s a GHR/Hyper combo. When I bought it, it was $699. Buying both was not possible ($$$) and I needed to conserve space. I think it’s actually well made except for 2 CONS: First, the padding sucks – I use a yoga mat to help cushion. Lastly, it’s cool that it included a belt squat + chain, but it fits too large, and always have trouble trying to get in it to swing my legs back.
