After the Squat Training Day, I have been focusing more on rooting and bracing throughout the entire movement.

      Mirta,
When posting, we want to see working sets.
It is a lot easier for us to do one training session at a time, so if it is possible, post daily instead of weekly, but if weekly is easier for you that is fine.
And the filing from multiple angels is very helpful!
      Squats:
      They look pretty good.
      Let’s work on one thing.
If you watch, all of your sets were started with a soft knee and you were wobbly until you began.
All of your reps after the first were tight; you locked your knees every time.
Let’s work on starting each set/rep with your knees locked, glutes and quads flexed before starting your descent.

      Bench
      Looks solid!
Let’s work on increasing your upper back arch as we go along.

      Deadlift:
Once you pulled they looked nice. On the first set you were fiddling with getting the bar to your shins and then you moved the bar.
I always suggest just setting up to where the bar is on the floor and pulling there. Align your body to the bar, not the bar to your body. If it is too far off your shins either step closer or pull it in as you make your arms long.

At a meet the bar may be stuck on the platform in a divot, just lift it where it is. This will save a lot of mental energy.

Oh, one more thing. No stepping over the bar. It’s an old school thing I picked up a long time ago.

      Overall, really good job.

Thanks for the feedback! I’m going to tattoo “bench is solid” to my forearm 🤣
