Hey guys Coach Sam here. Pumped to be on the other side of a meniscus repair surgery and rehab. I wanted to personally thank Murph and the team for building such an amazing platform for us. I figured there is no greater way to get back to training than to use the TPSMethod.

Looking forward to feedback and to keep training hard.

      Sam,

Sorry it took so long to answer this.
Me and your boy GN have been busy all day forming a top secret group to talk to the Governor about his timeline for re opening of gyms.

      AND THANKS FOR YOUR CONFIDENCE!

      Squats:
Try going barefoot. It will help you focus on rooting control which will help with knee control.
OR: use a box at a height that allows full control. Depth can come later.
      Overall, they look pretty good.

      Bench:
Let’s treat each rep as a set.
This is an acclimation block and it is to assist with technique as well as getting used to the training volume.
Do 1 rep, full hard lockout, quick reset, do another. Get it?

Can’t tell from the video, but if you are going to tuck the feet back, SQUEEZE the bench with your legs. Hard.
You’ll feel the difference if you are not doing this now.

      Deadlifts:

      LOOK GOOD!
But: try and make the arms a little longer.
      And stop dropping the bar.

      Floor Press:
      All reps look pretty good.
      One tiny thing.
Lock your fucking arms out please and thank you.

      Overall, excellent work.
      I am a nitpicker.
