Since I’ve gained limited access to my gym here in San Diego, I’ve been doing the TPS At-Home Block with a power rack. I’ve been doing that for the past month or so and I can feel my body getting re-acclimated to the weights.

But now with the TPS Post-Pandemic acclimation block available, I’m wondering if I should doing the at-home program (14 weeks long and I’m on Week 4) or just switch over to the Post-Pandemic block (8 weeks).

I don’t want to kill the momentum and start from scratch if I”m already on the path to getting re-acclimated to heavier weights.

      Thanks,
      Joe

Ok. I’ll get rolling on this program. Just an FYI: you may want to take a second look at the program because I found a few instances where the exercises/circuits were missing details like # of sets and reps.

      I just looked.
      I can’t find any missing!
