Didn’t have chains or an SSB at this gym so just did some regular squats with an RPE 9 target. From what I can see it looks like my knees aren’t caving as much under heavier loads.

The lower body looks very locked in in these sets, especially the first reps. The first reps are good. As the reps go on you do start to loose your lats a bit, you can see as you come up your elbows drift away from your body (up and back) when this happens your chest also drops a bit relative to your hips. On the first reps you do a very good job keeping this locked in, however it is the first thing that breaks down on reps two and three.
Looks like you’ve conquered the knees but not need to focus on keeping the back locked in under fatigue.
Great work on the squats regarding the confidence with this weight.
In the future a variation that you can do when you do not have an SSB is a high bar squat, this will not be as difficult but will force you to stay more upright or suffer the consequences just like an SSB.

I’ll keep high bar in mind for next time! Thanks Matt!
