Really tried to take the cues from last week Squat tips. Weight felt a lot better but still a lot of work needed. My right quad is still pretty weak (bad knee)

      Aaron,

It looks better than the last ones!

My coaching log on EliteFTS will address pushing your knees out properly today.

Be sure to check it out.

You can also watch the Bench Press course. It is addressed pretty good in there.

Keep working the root. With the lifters on pull that top strap on tight and try to push the top of your foot into the strap (this will pull your arch taller too). When squatting, try to be conscious of your knees right as you come out of the hole (that is when they are caving the most). Pay attention to your abs too (is your stomach loose in the hole?).
I know it’s a lot to think about but rooting and bracing really are almost always to causes and solutions to most problems.
