      Hey guys,

I’m uploading some videos of my lifts from the past two completed weeks of the program. I feel my hips shoot up but I’m not sure how to fix it. I know I need to try to push my back into the bar but I’m struggling. Please critique it if you watch and help me get more betterest.

      Thanks,

      Sterling

I clearly have no clue how to embed videos so dropping links to my squat videos.

If I can’t do this right either I’m going to be very impressed.

My videos would not embed either, I ended up posting the link instead.

      1st video , 1st post.
      Ways to get betterest.

I watched and watched and don’t agree on the butt shooting up.

What I see is that you are rushing through the set and that is causing issues with the root, therefore the knees coming in and a few other MINOR issues.

I have the quickest, easier fix to make you betterest.

Treat each rep as if it was a single.
      Set up, ROOT/BRACE and execute.
      After each rep, reset again.
I am betting this will clean up the issues.

      2nd video, same thing.
Your squat isn’t bad at all, and the problems are minor.

Learning to have patience between reps will go a long way.
And see me for the hip IR stretch.
      I think it will help.
We don’t have a video on it but will.
