      These look pretty good. Next time I would like to see 45 degrees from the front to see whats going on with your hands/knees/and feet a little better. The one thing to improve on would be tension getting into and out of the hole. Tension in the feet with rooting, tension in the hips with opening, and tension in the abs. You can see a little looseness develop in the bottom of the deepest reps.
      As far as the RPE goes remember to consider bar speed as well. Being winded doesn’t really matter, but if the last rep is much slower than the first take that into consideration and ask if it really was an 8/9 whatever.

      Alright. Thank you for the feedback! Next time I’ll film from the front and work on holding tension in the hole and coming out of it.
