      Hey Everybody,

I noticed that I have bruising around where I do the RPR work for the psoas and the area where we do the sawing motion for the quads. Is this normal? I find I have to push in pretty hard to really feel the lumpy/ropey tissue. Am I digging in way too hard? I’m not sure how to find the “minimum effective dose” as mentioned in the RPR wake up drills video.

It’s normal to see bruising at first.
Go a little lighter on the bruised areas for a bit.
It seems like you are on the right track.
IF you have to dig in to feel the rough spots, that is the minimum dose, you have to feel it.
You don’t need to kill it though.
