I’m traveling to San Francisco next week for work but I’m still going to make every effort to get my training in. Before I start Block 2B, a couple questions:
1) For the first week, there’s a note that says “ALL SESSIONS: 25 Back Raises, Pushups, FG Pullups done as a circuit.” Does that mean do 25 reps of each as a circuit at the end of the workout?
2) For Day 2, bench day, it mentions doing close grip bench press to foam. I imagine when you say “to foam” it’s like doing a bench press to boards on your chest wherein you stop a few inches above your chest at the bottom of the rep, yes? If I’m missing something, let me know.
Thanks!

Harry Selkow said you can train at his place. It’s near SF. Waiting for address from him.

You do this as a warmup. Do your RPR and then do as many back raises as you can, move to pushups, AMAP, then FG Pullups AMAP and continue until 25 of each are done in as few sets as possible.

If you don’t have Foam, roll up a t shirt.

Follow up question:
For doing the deficit 1″ pulls on the 3rd day of week 1, the program says to use 1 chain. Is that 1 chain per side or 1 chain total? If it’s 1 chain total I imagine you’d simply loop around the middle of the bar.
Thanks again.

One more question. I’ve had to adjust my schedule so I’m gonna be tackling Day 4 of Week 1 tomorrow. Can someone clarify how the Pulldowns are supposed to work? I read the note that suggests descending sets of 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps. However the table says do 1 set of 6?
Clarity appreciated.
