So I’ve noticed on days I train, I get SUPER HUNGRY. Like I want to eat a lot. I mostly eat protein but is this a norm for people? I don’t know if I should kind of give in on those days and eat lighter on non lift days, or try to be more even all around. Any advice on this is appreciated.

It’s normal to be more hungry on training days and the day after if you worked hard.

I will make the following suggestions for you:

Check out this article-read the Murphwatchers link and then watch the video.
      https://www.elitefts.com/coaching-logs/video-log-throw-all-of-your-food-away/

Strive to get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Eliminate less nutritious foods: baked goods, chips, etc.
Cut out simple, processed sugars sugars.

Start with this. We can make more suggestions once you have done it for a few weeks.

Thanks a lot. Good to know it’s not just me being weird or looking for excuses to eat.
