      So yesterday, I had squats, at an RPE 8. I went up to 110 with those. The next movement was paused squats and it didn’t give an RPE, it only said 70%. I took that to mean do paused squats at 70% the weight of the regular squats and I went down to 75 pounds. Was that right? Or did that percentage mean something else? Thanks.

      If a % is listed with no RPE we want you to use the % of your 1RM in the corresponding lift.
      In this case, 70% of your best PR squat.

      If you can’t perform properly, go lighter, but do not go heavier if it is easy.
