Hi,
I am on the my third month of the “Training for Life” program and I love it. I deploy every two months overseas and generally have a military base gym to work out in. This program is perfect because of my travel schedule. I am 58 years old, but thanks to this program, feel as strong as I was in my 30s.
I grew up in Everett and work out in TPS every time I visit my parents. Last time I was in Everett, I took the opportunity to do a training session with Murph and was led to this program. I hope to visit Everett this week and will stop by TPS for a workout and to say hi.
