What’s up guys? I’m stoked to be a part of the programming here. I’ve been lifting (off and on) for 5 years or so, with a focus on more powerlifting geared programs the last couple years. I primarily focus on Wendler 531 and have very simple days in the gym. Recently, a good gym opened up down the street from me, until then we only had commercial gyms within a 20 mile radius, so I now have access to most everything I need for a good powerlifting program and this one came around at the perfect time. I’m excited to build some muscular endurance and bring my numbers up, and I’m sure I’ll be asking questions all the time. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of it, I’m looking forward!
