Mouth Guards?

So I went to the dentist last week (I did end up going to Annese) and they said it was very likely that I cracked a wisdom tooth that broke recently by clenching when I lift. I also apparently have some wear on other teeth from it too. They suggested I wear a mouth guard when I lift and I looked online but there are like a million options. I was wondering if you knew of any that were good to try. If not no worries I’ll call the dentist and ask them if they can recommend one. Thanks!

Shock Doctor is a solid brand. if you boil water and put it in for a few seconds then bite down on it the guard will mold to your teeth and be much more comfortable.

Thanks a lot! I was looking at the Shock Doctors, they had pretty good ratings online.

Annese does kinda look like Bruce (Army of Darkness is one of my favorites, so good call on Evil Dead) and they were very nice when I went in last week.
