Just competed yesterday and wanted to share some my results.
I have been out of the powerlifting game for two years prior to this last meet. I was feeling very burnt out from the sport and just needed some time away.

I choose TPS Method because I wanted to take the thinking out of my program and I have heard it gets results.

      Well, I was right.

I felt great leading up to meet until about 4 weeks out when I had an undisclosed adductor and QL injury. I don’t know what I did but walking was a chore at that point. But, I put my head down and finished the job. I was not feeling very confident at this point and thought my performance would suffer.

      I ended up with a 1500lbs total
545lbs squat – 10lbs PR with a LOT left in the tank
355lbs- 10lbs off my best but I couldn’t bench more than 300 without pain in my shoulder
600lbs deadlift- 25lbs Meet PR which is a number I have been chasing for years.

Felt great during and the day after, hands down the most I prepared I have been for a meet.

      10/10 would recommend

      This is awesome to hear!
      Great job.

I’m going to add this to our newsletter if it’s ok with you.

      Cory,
Do have any pictures of the meet for the website?
