So today was my first try at keg over frame. This event was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. Any tips are appreciated for this because God knows I need them. Also, how many days off should I take before the 24th? Thank you

You’re doing pretty good for your level of experience.
A few tips:

Grab the keg like a stone with straight arms at the floor
sit deep and get your hands low before you stand
be explosive

I’d take at least 4 days off before the show.
Maybe 5-6 if you feel beat up.

Thanks that helps a lot. I really want to represent TPS well so I’m really going hard. I’ve never trained like this before, it’s a whole different level.
