Hey, Im Josh from Kentucky. Im finishing up DMS, ultrasound program, which I graduate from in May. I also have my first child on the way due the first week of October. So things are a bit hectic for me right now with clinical, class, dr. appointments, and a pregnant girlfriend. I also live on a farm so theirs lots of fixing fences feeding cows, taking care of dogs, and making room for some new addition like goats hogs and chickens. I have been eyeballing the end of July to do a meet which will be my first official meet besides the unofficial local one I competed in last year.
For the last several months I have been doing my own programming, but I feel like that with everything I got going on its time to get some outside help. With the extra eyes on my technique and just having to put the work in and not worrying about figuring out what exercises and all to do that I can just see what can happen.

      Hi Josh,

      Great to have you here.

Seems like you are pretty busy with school, the farm and the new baby on the way.
I’m sure you will excel with our programming.

I highly suggest that you watch the rooting and bracing videos, as well as the RPR.

Do the RPR drill daily, and especially before training.

I’d suggest that you begin with our Beginner Powerlifting 1 block if you have some experience.

If not, do the Beginner acclimation.

Post your sets in the forum too.

      Good luck.
